The effects of interference on UHF RFID systems has been studied. In Europe, UHF RFID commuications occupy a bandwidth of 200kHz. As this is quite narrowband, a continuous wave signal is utilized as interfererence source. With the measurement setup below, the identification outage betweent tag and reader was measured.
